Returns are accepted at my cost under the following circumstances:
1) The order is defective
2) The wrong item is shipped
3) A lower quantity was shipped than was ordered
4) The order was damaged in shipping
However, I cannot accept returns, even if one or more of the above criteria is met if the fabric has been cut or altered in any way. In order to initiate a returns request, please submit the request to "email@example.com" with "Return Request" in the subject line. Include in the submission the details of the request and photographs of the product.
